Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) within AWS Enterprise Support. The TAM acts as the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer to organizations from startups to Fortune 500s, guiding adoption and use of AWS services and coordinating with engineers to resolve issues.

As a TAM, you will craft strategies with customers, engage senior leadership, and ensure AWS environments stay healthy and resilient. Travel of about 10% or more is expected as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, math, or equivalent.
6+ years of technical engineering experience.
7+ years of experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting across distributed systems.

Responsibilities

Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to help plan and build solutions using best practices.
Drive adoption and use of AWS services, including EC2, S3, DynamoDB & RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, IoT.
Travel 10% or more as needed.
