Amazon Web Services (AWS) Enterprise Support is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) in Minneapolis, MN to be the principal technical advisor to Enterprise customers. You will partner with customers and internal engineers to drive adoption of AWS services such as EC2, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, and more, while aligning on risk, incidents, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, math, or equivalent.
• 6+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with AWS services and cloud deployments.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve incidents and optimize architectures.
