Ladders is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to join a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will act as a trusted technical partner for key customer accounts, driving success through implementation, issue resolution, and ongoing support.

The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to address complex challenges quickly, with success measured by customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term account health. Remote work for US-based candidates only.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in a technical or service role in software, telecommunications, or customer service/call center.
• Proven technical problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical and advanced troubleshooting abilities with end users and customers.
• Working knowledge of contact center software and functionality.
• Experience in technology implementation and business communication.
