Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions to clarify client objectives and pain points.
- Translate client requests into clear commercial problems.
- Evaluate solutions based on existing capabilities or redesign needs.
- Create solution briefs and business cases for stakeholders.
- Support AEs in client conversations with technical insights.
- Establish clear handoffs from sales to implementation teams.
- Identify broader issues from recurring client problems.
