Job summary
Managed Solution in San Diego is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to lead complex client IT strategy and service delivery. You will resolve escalated issues, guide field resources, and advise on technical solutions to drive business outcomes for top clients.
You will work across Microsoft technologies (Azure, AD, Exchange Online), security tooling, virtualization, and storage, while mentoring engineers and aligning with client goals. Hybrid/remote work within the US is possible.
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's in CS with 10+ years IT experience.
- 3+ years in Technical Account Manager or equivalent leadership role.
- Experience with outsourced IT services and ticketing/reporting tools.
- Strong English communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with HIPAA, SOC, PCI, NIST frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Own client IT strategy and coordinate issue resolution with SLAs.
- Escalate and guide complex troubleshooting for Platinum clients.
- Recommend technical solutions aligned to business objectives.
- Manage incidents and coordinate with sales and other stakeholders.
- Mentor Field Engineers and provide onsite backup when needed.
- Travel onsite for client reviews and ongoing service quality.
