Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our enterprise technology team as a trusted technical partner for large-scale IAM implementations. You will blend customer-facing communication with technical fluency to guide deployments, resolve escalations, and drive adoption for identity and access management solutions.

In this remote US-based role, you’ll collaborate with client teams and internal groups to translate business needs into practical recommendations, training, and rollout

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success or Sales Engineering.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with SFDC or similar CRM systems.
• Understanding of Java and web technologies.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise client relationships.
• Familiarity with Identity Management or Access Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical recommendations based on clients' security needs.
• Educate clients on product roadmap and updates.
• Assist in configuration features and workflows.
• Conduct business reviews with clients to track success.
• Plan and strategize platform rollouts and upgrades.
• Deliver ad-hoc training to enhance client skills.
• Manage support ticket escalations and resolutions.
