Huntress, a remote-first cybersecurity company, seeks a highly motivated Technical Account Manager to serve as the primary post-sales technical liaison. You will ensure customer satisfaction, maximize value from the Huntress Platform, and troubleshoot complex issues in collaboration with product and engineering.

The role involves post-sales training, customer advocacy, and cross-functional collaboration to drive renewals and growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Technical Account Management or pre-sales.
• Experience in cybersecurity frameworks.
• Excellent communication and presentation to execs.
• Strong time management and organization.

Responsibilities

• Elevate and resolve complex technical issues with product/engineering.
• Ensure customers utilize Huntress products to meet objectives.
• Lead post-sales trainings and QBRs for expansion opportunities.
• Represent customers' needs within Huntress for product feedback.
• Guide onboarding and accelerate time to value for customers.
• Identify upsell opportunities during account reviews.
