Job summary

Huntress Labs is seeking a highly motivated Technical Account Manager to serve as the primary post-sales technical liaison. You will help customers maximize value from the Huntress Platform, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver durable solutions.

The role requires 6+ years in TAM/pre-sales, expertise in endpoint/network security, and strong communication to executive audiences. Remote work in the US is supported with travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, pre-sales, or similar work.
• Experience in endpoint or network security space (AV, EDR, IR, forensics, SIEM, firewall, etc.).
• Strong communication and presentation skills to diverse audiences, including executives.

Responsibilities

• Elevated Tech Support: work with product and engineering to resolve complex issues beyond standard support and monitor interactions.
• Customer Success: ensure customers extract max value from Huntress products and identify expansion opportunities.
• Technical Sales Enablement: lead training sessions at events on product usage and best practices.
• Partner/Customer Technical Advocacy: relay feedback for product improvements internally.
• Training/Onboarding: guide customers through onboarding to ensure adoption and time-to-value.
• Account Growth: identify up-sell/cross-sell opportunities during technical reviews.
• Product Research: participate in surveys to aid product and engineering teams.
• Community Technical Resource: collaborate with Huntress Community Team on roadshows and peer groups.
• Strong self-starter and ability to work independently.
