Job summary

Huntress is seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager (Remote US) to serve as the primary post-sales technical liaison. You will ensure customer satisfaction, coordinate with internal teams, and help partners maximize value from the Huntress Platform.

The role requires extensive security knowledge, top-tier communication, and the ability to travel up to 25%. You will support ongoing customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to product feedback and education

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Technical Account Management, pre-sales, or similar.
• Experience in endpoint or network security (AV, EDR, SOC).
• Understanding of attacker tradecraft and mitigation.
• Strong network design, hardening, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with MSPs/VARs and customer-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and executive-level presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Elevate and resolve complex technical issues with product engineering.
• Ensure customers achieve business objectives post-sale and maximize value.
• Lead onboarding, training, and post-sales success initiatives.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities during technical reviews.
• Advocate for customer needs inside Huntress and relay feedback to PM.
• Participate in events to train users on product usage and best practices.
• Travel up to 25% and present to groups when required.
• Collaborate with the Huntress Community Team on roadshows and initiatives.
