Job summary

Huntress is hiring a Technical Account Manager to serve as the primary post-sales technical liaison, ensuring customer satisfaction and value from the Huntress Platform. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and sales to resolve complex issues, train customers, and drive expansion opportunities.

The role requires 6+ years in TAM/pre-sales with endpoint security expertise, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, pre-sales, or similar role.
• Experience in endpoint or network security (AV, EDR, incident response, forensics, SIEM, firewall).
• Understanding of bad actor tradecraft and mitigation strategies.
• Strong knowledge of network design, hardening, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with MSPs and/or VARs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences, including executives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary post-sales technical liaison for customers and partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that drive long-term relationships.
• Elevate and resolve complex technical issues with product and engineering.
• Lead post-sales trainings and identify opportunities for expansion.
• Act as a bridge between customers and PM for product feedback and improvements.
• Support onboarding and time-to-value realization for customers.
