Amazon Web Services (AWS) is hiring a Sr. Technical Account Manager (PubSec) to act as the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer, guiding enterprise and government customers to adopt AWS services such as EC2, S3, DynamoDB & RDS, Lambda and more. You will collaborate with engineers to drive incidents to resolution, plan solutions, and advocate best practices.

U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain/maintain a U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications experience.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience in a 24x7 operational services or support environment.
• Experience in internal enterprise or external customer-facing environment as a technical lead.

Responsabilités

• Act as principal technical advisor guiding customers and coordinating with engineers to resolve issues and drive adoption of AWS services.
