Job summary

Ambient.ai is seeking a Technical Account Manager in the Redwood City area to guide large enterprises through deployment and ongoing adoption of our AI platform in security environments. You will own outcomes from post-sale implementation through renewal and expansion, coordinating with security, IT, and operations teams.

You will build deep platform proficiency, translate complex requirements into actionable steps, and maintain executive relationships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a customer-facing role such as Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, or similar in enterprise tech.

Responsibilities

• Own customer outcomes from post-sale implementation through renewal, adoption, and expansion.
• Lead customers through deployment, onboarding, testing, training, and operational rollout.
• Partner with security, IT, operations, and leadership to define goals and measurable outcomes.
• Develop deep proficiency in the Ambient.ai platform and apply it in real-world environments.
• Navigate complexity by breaking problems into clear steps and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Build trusted relationships with day-to-day users and executives.
• Capture feedback to inform product, process, and go-to-market improvements.
• Identify opportunities to deepen impact and expand the partnership over time.
