Job summary

Huntress is seeking a highly motivated Technical Account Manager to serve as the primary post-sales technical liaison, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful adoption of the Huntress Platform. You will troubleshoot complex issues, coordinate with internal teams, and drive long-term partner relationships from a remote US location.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, pre-sales, or similar work.
Experience in the cybersecurity industry and familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including C-level executives.
Effective time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Elevated Tech Support: Resolve complex technical issues beyond standard support and advocate for customers.
Customer Success: Ensure customers leverage Huntress products to meet objectives and identify expansion opportunities.
