Job summary

Amazon AWS is seeking a Sr. Technical Account Manager (TAM) to serve as the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer for enterprise clients. You will influence discussions with senior leadership on operational excellence, cloud maturity, support, and risk management.

You will craft and execute technical cloud strategies, advocate for customers, and help build scalable AWS solutions across Compute, Storage, Database, AI/ML, and Network services. Travel 10%+ as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications experience.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute technical cloud strategies to drive customers' adoption and use of AWS services.
• Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to plan and build solutions using best practices and proactive guidance.
• Travel up to 10% or more as needed.
