Job summary
1Password is seeking a Staff Technical Account Manager to guide complex post-sale relationships from onboarding through adoption and renewal. You will lead technical implementations, including integrations and security reviews, and act as a trusted advisor for strategic accounts to help achieve meaningful business outcomes.
You will collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Support, and other teams, mentoring peers and contributing to scalable playbooks and enablement.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in a customer-facing technical role in SaaS/B2B security environments.
- Experience leading technical onboarding and implementation conversations with stakeholders.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and demonstration skills; translate tech to business value.
Responsibilities
- Own complex post-sale technical relationships from onboarding through adoption and renewal.
- Lead technical implementations, including integrations, configuration, and security reviews.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor for strategic accounts to drive meaningful business outcomes.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to identify risks and expansion opportunities.
- Represent the customer perspective internally and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Create and maintain scalable resources, playbooks, and knowledge-base content.
- Mentor team members and contribute to enablement and leadership activities.
