1Password is seeking a Commercial (Mid‑Market) Account Executive to own a focused territory of strategic target accounts and existing customers with 500‑2,500 employees. You will build executive relationships, win complex, six‑figure, multi‑product platform opportunities, and expand 1Password’s footprint across an existing book of business.

This is a remote, field‑based role. Candidates must be based in the USA and should expect regular in‑person meetings and travel throughout the territory,

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years closing commercial, mid-market, or enterprise deals.
• Track record of exceeding quotas at $1M+ annual value.
• Experience selling multi-product enterprise platforms.
• Ability to build pipeline via account planning and outbound prospecting.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute account and territory plans for high-value prospects and customers.
• Build relationships with executive and technical stakeholders (CISOs, CIOs, IT leaders).
• Create qualified pipeline by identifying whitespace and opportunities.
• Lead consultative sales conversations linking immediate needs to a broader strategy.
• Structure multi-year, multi-product deals and maintain accurate forecasts.
• Collaborate with BDR, SE, CS, channels, marketing, legal, and deal teams to win and expand customers.
