1Password is expanding its Commercial Accounts team and is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to lead strategic, multi‑product opportunities with Fortune 1000 and high-growth organizations. You will own a focused territory, build executive relationships, and drive six‑figure to multi‑million deals across identity security, AI governance, and platform adoption.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience selling to Fortune 1000 organizations and high growth companies.
Proven track record of exceeding $1M+ annual quotas and closing complex, multi‑product opportunities.
Experience selling identity, Zero Trust, cloud security, endpoint security, privileged access, or adjacent cybersecurity platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute end-to-end territory and account plans for high-value prospects and customers.
Build executive relationships with CISOs, CIOs, identity leaders, security architects and other senior buyers.
Land with strategic platform narratives and connect security outcomes to business value.
Lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles and negotiate complex, multi-year agreements.
