Job summary

Agility Robotics is seeking a Senior Technical Sourcer (Contract) to lead top-of-funnel talent generation for engineering roles across software, hardware, robotics, and AI. This 6-month contract role partners with recruiters, hiring managers, and technical leaders to build high-quality candidate pipelines and extend sourcing reach.

You will own sourcing strategies, identify passive talent across multiple platforms, and maintain healthy pipelines while tracking metrics in the ATS.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical sourcing experience, ideally in a high-growth tech environment.
• Experience sourcing across software, hardware, robotics, AI, or related engineering disciplines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing strategy and execution for software, hardware, robotics, and AI roles.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand need and calibrate profiles.
• Identify and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, referrals, events, and other channels.
• Craft personalized outreach to drive engagement and response rates.
