Chapter 2 is partnering with a leading financial services organisation to appoint a Senior Engineering & Technology Talent Partner in the US. This role focuses on strategic talent advisory for senior Technology, Engineering, Data and Product leaders, moving beyond transactional recruitment to trusted partnership.

You will work with senior stakeholders, build high-impact hiring plans, and shape talent strategies across software engineering, data, AI, product and digital innovation.

Qualifications

• Senior Talent Partner experience within financial services.
• Experience recruiting across Engineering, Technology, AI, Data and Product.
• Experience in banking/fintech or regulated environments.
• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders across AI, Technology, Data and Product to set hiring priorities.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for complex technical roles.
• Develop strong talent pipelines in competitive tech markets.
• Provide market insights to influence hiring and workforce planning.
• Build trusted relationships with senior hiring managers and leadership.
• Identify and engage exceptional tech talent in active/passive markets.
• Support strategic hiring initiatives and evolve the tech talent strategy.
• Collaborate with wider Talent, HR and business teams.
