Job summary

Chapter 2 is partnering with a leading financial services organisation to appoint a Senior Engineering & Technology Talent Partner in the US. You’ll become a trusted partner to senior Technology, Engineering, Data and Product leaders, building teams behind advanced technology environments.

You’ll influence hiring strategy, lead complex searches, and develop pipelines across AI, Data, Engineering and Product roles in a global, scale-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Talent Partner / Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner within financial services.
• Strong experience recruiting across Engineering, Technology, AI, Data and/or Product.
• Ideally experience hiring in banking, financial services, fintech or similarly complex regulated environments.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Strong understanding of technical talent markets and modern sourcing strategies.
• Ability to think strategically while owning delivery.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders across AI Engineering, Technology, Data and Product to understand hiring priorities and build effective talent strategies.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment across complex technical and specialist positions.
• Develop strong talent pipelines across highly competitive technology markets.
• Provide market intelligence to influence hiring decisions and workforce planning.
• Build trusted relationships with senior hiring managers and business leaders.
• Identify and engage exceptional technology talent across active and passive markets.
• Support strategic hiring initiatives and evolve the organisation's technology talent strategy.
• Work with wider Talent, HR and business teams in a connected environment.
