Job summary

Iron Bow Technologies is seeking a Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Advisor to lead and scale our staff augmentation recruiting. The role partners with Sales, Program Management, Capture, Proposals, Delivery, and Talent Acquisition to meet critical talent needs.

Hybrid role with onsite presence several times per month at Herndon, VA and/or Annapolis, MD locations. Ideal candidate has deep technical recruiting experience across agency and corporate environments, including federal government

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Recruiting in both staffing agency and internal corporate Talent Acquisition environments.
• Experience supporting federal government contracting and proposal recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Build recruiting framework for staff augmentation and proposals.
• Partner with Sales and Program Management to translate requirements into recruiting strategies.
• Establish processes for intake, prioritization, submission, feedback, and handoffs across teams.
• Support strategic proposal recruiting, including sourcing contingent candidates and incumbents.
