Job summary

The Rec Hub Limited is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support technology hiring for a global fintech/payments client in Chicago. This fixed-term contract for 6 months offers hybrid work with three days in the office.

You’ll own end-to-end recruitment for technology functions, source top talent, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality hires at pace, with scope to extend based on performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Strong track record hiring technology talent globally.
• Able to work independently and manage senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on sourcing across passive and active talent pools.
• Driven, adaptable, and outcomes-focused.
• Able to build trust and relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring across several key business areas.
• Use data and insights to help hiring managers make better decisions.
• Build partnerships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
• Source top talent through creative and strategic methods.
• Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience.
• Drive continuous improvement across the hiring process.
• Help build recruitment strategies that support hiring over the next 12 to 24 months.
