Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years of Talent Acquisition or recruiting experience.
• Experience in professional services, staffing, or IT environments preferred.
• Exposure to sourcing or recruiting for technical positions preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and employees at varying levels.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage qualified candidates for technical openings.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess experience and fit.
• Manage multiple active requisitions and meet hiring timelines.
• Coordinate interviews and provide timely candidate communication.
• Gather feedback and move candidates through interview stages.
• Provide updates on pipelines and market conditions to stakeholders.
• Support offer discussions and candidate expectations.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS.
• Identify process improvements to enhance candidate experience.
