EverQuote in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruiting for technical and business roles. You will partner with hiring leaders to understand needs, build hiring plans, and guide candidates from first conversation to hire-ready status.

You will report to the Director, Talent Acquisition and collaborate with Engineering, Analytics, Business Enablement, and Sales to scale EverQuote’s growth.

Formación

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including tech recruiting.
• Experience managing ~15 open roles simultaneously with <60 days to fill.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter to engage passive candidates.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to scope roles and set expectations.
• Experience crafting offers and negotiating compensation.
• Excellent organization and ability to prioritize many searches in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and data-driven hiring approach.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with hiring leaders to understand business needs, define role requirements, and build a hiring plan and timeline for each search.
• Manage a requisition load of ~15 open roles at a time, balancing priorities to keep every search moving.
• Source candidates directly through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, building strong pipelines of technical and non-technical talent.
• Review applicants in the ATS, evaluate resumes against role requirements, and recommend who moves forward.
• Conduct candidate interviews and screens, and give hiring teams clear, structured feedback and recommendations.
• Prepare offers, lead compensation conversations, and handle negotiations through to acceptance.
• Guide each candidate from application to hire-ready status, including contracts and onboarding handoffs, so they have an excellent experience at every step.
• Track and report on hiring metrics, including time to fill, pipeline health, and offer acceptance, and use the data to improve how we hire.
• Keep hiring leaders, interviewers, and candidates informed with timely, transparent communication throughout the process.
