Job summary

EverQuote seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of tech and business roles. You will collaborate with hiring leaders across Engineering, Analytics, Business Enablement, and Sales to build a high-impact team that supports EverQuote’s growth.

You will report to the Director, Talent Acquisition and drive end-to-end processes with a focus on speed, quality, and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years full-cycle recruiting including technical roles.
• Ability to manage ~15 open roles concurrently with time-to-fill under 60 days.
• Strong sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter for passive candidates.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to scope roles and set expectations.
• Experience crafting offers and negotiating compensation.
• Excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven approach to hiring.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders to understand needs and build role requirements.
• Define a hiring plan and timeline for each search.
• Manage a requisition load of ~15 open roles at a time.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Review applicants and recommend progression for interviews.
• Conduct interviews, provide structured feedback to teams.
• Prepare offers and lead compensation discussions and negotiations.
• Guide candidates from application to hire-ready status with onboarding.
