Job summary

Under broad supervision you will provide MIS user support for third‑party enterprise systems, troubleshoot end-user problems, and design software modifications to meet user needs. You may develop training and lead or mentor staff as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and two years of related education or experience in information security, privacy, system/network administration and support, or application development.
• Training and experience to independently provide technical support to computer users in an assigned office/geographic area.
• Local to the Atlanta area is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide MIS user support by phone or site visit; troubleshoot end-user problems.
• Analyze and design software modifications to meet users' needs.
• Develop and conduct training programs for software/hardware users.
• Owns assigned tasks; may serve as lead or trainer.
