Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in software or application production support or related technical discipline.
• Experience troubleshooting enterprise applications in distributed environments.
• Ability to analyze logs, diagnostics, and configuration data to isolate issues.
• Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management practices.
• Strong written communication to document findings and actions.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 3 engineering support for complex application, integration, and production issues across payment platforms.
• Investigate and troubleshoot complex application and production issues.
• Perform detailed RCA using logs, transaction data, diagnostics, and configuration information.
• Coordinate with Engineering, DevOps, Product, and partner teams to drive timely resolution.
• Develop runbooks, knowledge articles, and troubleshooting guides.
• Participate in release validation and operational-readiness activities.
• Document findings, ownership, and status in incident-management systems.
