Ministry Brands is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide onsite and VIP support for executive staff at the Alpharetta office. The role includes hardware lifecycle management, end-user IT support, and collaboration with the IT Support team to ensure high-quality service across the organization.

Hybrid work arrangement: at least four days in the Milton, GA office and up to one remote day per week, with potential for additional duties during onboarding and special events.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Office).
• Knowledge of endpoint hardware (laptops, docks, monitors, mobile devices).
• Experience with user account provisioning and access requests.
• Basic networking concepts (Wi-Fi, VPN, connectivity).
• Experience with IT service management/workflows and ticketing systems.
• Strong customer service mindset with professional communication.

Responsabilités

• Executive & VIP on-site support for Alpharetta-based executives.
• VIP support participation for designated users and incidents.
• Respond to VIP incidents with urgency and discretion.
• Support meetings, conference rooms, and presentations (A/V, displays, conferencing tools).
• Provide Level 1 end-user IT support across the organization.
• Manage hardware lifecycle: procurement, imaging, deployment, inventory, disposal.
• Collaborate with IT Support to document processes and improve user experience.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding related to access and equipment.
