MEAG Power in Atlanta, GA seeks a Senior Systems Analyst to deliver reliable, high-performing technology solutions and support multiple applications. You will participate in design, development, testing, and maintenance, collaborating with stakeholders to define system scope and requirements.

The role emphasizes automation, workflow optimization, and strong SQL/C#/VB.NET skills, with on-site duties initially and some remote flexibility approved by management. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in Business or Information Systems, or related relevant work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in internal IS administration or senior technical role.
• Laserfiche experience in system administration and workflow automation.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external teams.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Experience with software development and support methodologies.
• Experience with scripting, low-code/workflow automation, and RPA is a plus.
• Energy/utility industry experience is a plus.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Formulates and defines system scope and objectives for complex business systems based on industry best practices and IS objectives.
• Collaborates with Help Desk on escalated issues and SLAs, improving service delivery.
• Elicits, analyzes, documents, and validates business and system requirements.
• Maintains knowledge of all components of the company’s technology infrastructure.
• Leads projects and provides training on applications and platforms.
• Assists with automation initiatives to streamline operations and data accuracy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
