Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a results-driven enterprise sales hunter to source, nurture, and close new clients primarily from your network across industries. You will present the company’s value and build long-lasting relationships with executives to drive growth.

You will coordinate across solution design, UX, technical, and delivery teams, plan resources, and manage the full sales cycle to meet annual revenue targets while maintaining client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience selling professional IT or software services.
• Proven success sourcing, nurturing, and closing midsize and Enterprise accounts.
• Hunter mindset with a track record of acquiring new logos.
• Strong understanding of industry trends, client needs, and value drivers.
• Native or fully bilingual English communication.

Responsibilities

• Hunting: build relationships with midsize to enterprise clients; originate opportunities; present tailored value propositions.
• Project Management: scope engagements, manage lead generation and sales activities; coordinate with design, technical, and delivery teams; mitigate risks.
