BairesDev is seeking an experienced hunter to source, nurture, and close new enterprise clients, primarily from their network and industry. You will present tailored value propositions to senior executives and drive engagement opportunities across industries.

The role emphasizes strategic account development, reliable pipeline management, and collaboration with design, UX, and delivery teams to meet revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of selling professional IT or software services.
• Proven success sourcing, nurturing, and closing midsize and Enterprise accounts.
• Strong experience selling technology consulting as a hunter of new logos.
• Excellent understanding of the industry players, strategies, and trends.
• Native English or fully bilingual.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for new enterprise clients and close deals.
• Originate and nurture relationships with potential clients.
• Plan and manage lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines to meet targets.
• Present BairesDev’s value proposition tailored to senior executives.
