Job summary

BairesDev in New York is seeking a results-driven Hunter to source, nurture, and close new clients for our technology and software services. You will leverage your network across BFSI, Healthcare, Tech, and other sectors to originate engagements and grow enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience selling professional IT or software services.
• Proven success in sourcing, nurturing, and closing midsize and Enterprise accounts.
• Native English or fully bilingual (English).

Responsibilities

• Build strong, long‑lasting relationships with midsize to enterprise‑level clients.
• Originate and nurture business relationships resulting in engagement opportunities.
• Present BairesDev’s value proposition to senior executives.
• Scope projects, shape engagements, and manage complex sales cycles.
