Celestica is expanding its Advanced Technology Solutions (ATS) Sales organization and seeks a senior business development leader to drive growth and shape the future of a high‑performance business unit. The role combines deep technical understanding with strategic sales leadership to engage customers across markets.

The candidate will liaise with Global Engineering Sales, drive the technology evaluation stage, and shepherd opportunities from discovery through award, while traveling as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and minimum of 15 years sales experience in a technical area.
• Ability to travel up to 25‑50% domestically and internationally.
• Experience managing multi‑million dollar sales pipeline and demonstrated track record of achieving AOP results.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical advisor and product advocate in customer engagements.
• Develop and execute engineering account and opportunity strategies.
• Provide technical insights and guidance for projects and customer strategies.
• Deliver winning proposals and RFQ responses to customers.
