Job summary

Celestica seeks a senior business development leader to drive growth within its Advanced Technology Solutions (ATS) Sales organization. The role focuses on technical customer engagements, guiding the sales process from evaluation to award, and working with global engineering and sales teams.

The ideal candidate will have deep product design knowledge, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to shape global account strategies while managing a multi-million dollar sales

Qualifications

• Bachelors’ degree in engineering and minimum of 15 years Sales experience in a technical area.
• Willingness to travel up to 25-50% domestically and internationally.
• Ability to manage complex projects in a matrix organization.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing a multi-million dollar sales pipeline and achieving AOP booking results.
• Driven, self-motivated and able to influence senior management.

Responsibilities

• Support Engineering Services business development across ATS market segments.
• Serve as primary liaison between Celestica Engineering and customers.
• Develop and execute Engineering account and opportunity strategies.
• Provide technical insights and guidance for projects and customer strategies.
• Support product commercialization with DFx and test strategies.
• Gain competitive intelligence and tie insights to Celestica strengths.
• Lead sales process and deliver winning proposals and RFQ responses.
