• Willingness to travel up to 25–50% domestically and internationally
• Ability to manage complex projects in a matrix organization

• Proven track record of achieving AOP booking plan results

Responsibilities

• Support Engineering Services business development across all ATS Market Segments
• Act as primary liaison between Celestica Engineering and customers, communicating value proposition
• Develop and execute engineering account and opportunity strategies from customer needs and market trends
• Provide technical insights and guidance for projects, defining customer strategies
• Collaborate with Commercialization Services on DFx and test strategy integration
• Gather competitive intelligence and tie insights to Celestica strengths
• Lead sales process, compiling customer needs and delivering proposals and RFQ responses
• Demonstrate top-performing sales capability and strong leadership skills
• Develop global business strategies and mentor team members
