Job summary

INS Engineering is seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the hiring of senior engineers, directors and business development roles. You will run full-cycle recruiting, own Greenhouse workflows, and build the processes, tools and metrics a growing firm needs.

As the function expands, you may hire and lead recruiters, train hiring managers on structured interviewing, and maintain pay transparency and compliant offers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical recruiting at high-growth companies.
• Experience administering Greenhouse or a similar ATS.
• Ability to build scalable recruiting processes.
• Credibility with senior technical leaders and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle searches for senior engineering, director and business development roles.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards and events.
• Prepare offers with HR and onboard new hires.
• Own and optimize Greenhouse workflows, scorecards and reporting.
• Build employer brand, careers page and candidate experience.
• As the function grows, help hire and lead future recruiters and coordinators.
