Responsibilities

• Participates in planning and executing technical Talent Attraction strategies.
• Sources qualified candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other sources.
• Pre-screens and recommends candidates; partners with Hiring Managers on needs.
• Manages interview scheduling with Talent Coordinators and offers recommendations.
• Promotes Employee Referral Program and relationships with colleges for tech recruiting.
