Health Care Service Corporation is seeking a Lead Recruiter to helm full-cycle recruiting for complex, high-impact roles and to partner with hiring managers on talent strategies. You will coach recruiters, analyze metrics, and drive continuous improvement across the team.

The role requires leadership across cross-functional projects and expertise in talent acquisition practices, sourcing methodologies, and labor market trends. Hybrid work arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• 7 years full-cycle recruiting with a BA or 11 years with HS.
• Experience mentoring recruiters supporting talent acquisition initiatives.
• Experience building relationships across multiple stakeholders.
• Negotiation skills including vendor agreements.
• Experience developing sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Experience managing multiple high-priority requisitions and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience analyzing recruiting metrics to drive decisions.
• Advanced knowledge of talent acquisition practices and labor market trends.
• Experience leading projects and process improvements in Talent Acquisition.
• Advanced proficiency with ATS and recruiting technologies.
