Job summary

ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions is seeking a Contract Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for salaried roles, working remotely. You will partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Hiring Managers to align requirements, timelines and success profiles.

You will build diverse pipelines through multichannel sourcing, maintain an equitable process, and manage offers, references and onboarding while keeping ATS data clean for reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing or technical roles.
• Background in corporate and agency environments.
• Proficient with ATS (SuccessFactors preferred).
• Strong sourcing using Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for salaried roles from intake to offer.
• Partner with Hiring Managers on requirements, timelines and success profiles.
• Build diverse pipelines via multichannel sourcing and networking.
• Lead an inclusive selection process and maintain ATS data for reports.
• Manage offers, references and onboarding coordination.
• Analyze metrics and drive process improvements.
