The role focuses on building diverse pipelines via multichannel sourcing, running an inclusive selection process, and maintaining clean ATS data for reporting.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of full cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for administrative, technical and highly specialized roles.
• Background in both corporate and agency environments.
• Proficient with ATS (SuccessFactors preferred).
• Sourcing: Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent mapping, referrals, events.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle recruiting from intake to offer acceptance.
• Build diverse, high-quality pipelines across multiple channels.
• Partner with Hiring Managers on requirements, timelines and success profiles.
• Coordinate interview panels and manage feedback for an equitable process.
• Offer management, references, background checks and onboarding.
• Keep ATS data current and analyze recruiting metrics for improvements.
