Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to own an assigned desk in the Boston area. You will prospect both candidates and clients, and manage full-cycle recruitment for technical professionals on a contract or contract-to-hire basis.

You will lead in developing new business, sourcing creatively, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates while ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience in an agency with contract focus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new candidates and clients within an assigned sector through strategic recruiting and business development.
• Recruit, interview, and place technical professionals on a contract or contract-to-hire basis.
• Develop new business through leads and referrals from candidates and clients.
