Job summary

AllShore Talent is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join its growing team. This remote role focuses on proactive sourcing, building pipelines, and managing full-cycle recruitment for software engineers and other tech professionals across the U.S. and international markets.

You will source and engage passive candidates, collaborate with client teams, and drive efficient hiring processes while working on multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, including staffing or agency experience.
• Strong experience in high-volume agency recruitment and time-sensitive client needs.
• Technical recruiting experience, especially software engineers and tech professionals.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment from requirements through screening, submissions, and interview coordination.
• Build targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals, and talent communities.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines across multiple regions, including the U.S., LATAM, EMEA, India, and the Philippines.
• Assess candidates' experience, communication, motivation, and fit for client requirements.
• Use ATS and AI-assisted workflows to stay organized and efficient.
• Prepare clear submissions that highlight strengths and fit for clients.
• Support client intake, clarify requirements, gather feedback, and maintain communications.
