Fashion Client in New York City is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter for an ongoing contract with strong temp-to-perm potential. This full-time, 40-hour-per-week role supports a mix of technical and broader business hiring needs in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting across technical, IT, e-commerce, corporate and select creative roles; partnering with hiring managers; building pipelines; and providing market insights and recruiting recommendations.

Qualifications

• Strong technical recruiting background highly preferred.
• Experience recruiting across technology, IT, engineering, digital, e-commerce, data, or related technical functions.
• Ability to speak the language of technical talent and hiring managers.
• Broad experience recruiting for corporate, business, and/or creative roles is a plus.
• Strong sourcing, candidate assessment, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to work onsite in Hudson Yards 3 days per week.

• Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a strong candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Provide market insights, pipeline updates, and recruiting recommendations throughout the search process.

My top fashion client is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter for a highly ongoing contract opportunity with strong temp-to-perm potential for the right fit. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week role supporting a mix of technical and broader business hiring needs.

• Pay: $50-55/hour, depending on experience


• Schedule: 40 hours per week


• Work Model: Hybrid - 3 days onsite in Hudson Yards and 2 days remote


• Employment Type: Ongoing contract with no set end date


• Temp-to-Perm Potential: Strong potential for the right fit


• Location: New York City
