Qualifications

• 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting in startup, tech company, or staffing/agency.
• Ability to read beyond credentials and find standout candidates.
• Strong proactive sourcing and pipeline-building skills.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and leading kickoff meetings.
• Comfort working in a fast, ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hires at velocity across 4–6 concurrent searches.
• Source passive candidates from top organizations and assess quality early.
• Maintain clean ATS data and follow playbooks for pipeline health.
• Coach hiring managers to improve evaluation and process.
• Reject weak candidates with evidence when needed.
