Job summary

MissionHires in New York is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to lead end-to-end searches for senior technology leaders. You will partner with executive stakeholders to define hiring strategy, map talent markets, engage passive candidates, and negotiate complex offers.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of executive-search experience in financial services or other regulated environments, deep technology know-how, and a track record of delivering confidential, high-touch candidate

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruiting experience, with leadership of executive searches in regulated environments.
• Experience sourcing and recruiting Technology Executives with knowledge of tech landscapes.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced degree a plus.
• Strong ability to partner with senior management on high-impact hires.
• Expertise in executive search methodologies including market research and talent mapping.
• Proven skill in structuring and negotiating complex compensation packages.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end executive recruiting for senior-level roles within a focused portfolio.
• Partner with senior leaders to define role requirements, success profiles, and search strategy.
• Perform market research, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence to identify targets.
• Develop tailored candidate engagement strategies and long-term relationship building.
• Assess leadership capability, functional expertise, cultural fit, and potential.
• Lead offer strategy and negotiations, including complex compensation structures.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Compensation to deliver compliant offers.
• Ensure a confidential, high-touch candidate experience throughout the process.
