Job summary

Quantum Leap, a national defense technology company, seeks an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to support our growing enterprise. This role reports directly to the Director of HR and manages full-cycle recruiting for operational, technical, and cleared positions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience recruiting for operational and technical roles (e.g., contracts, network engineering, cybersecurity, DevOps, systems engineering).
• Ability to manage 15+ requisitions simultaneously with quality and speed.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools (ZipRecruiter, Indeed, LinkedIn) and agency collaborations.
• Familiarity with UKG or other ATS.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for operational, technical, and cleared positions from intake through offer acceptance.
• Lead advanced sourcing initiatives and creative outreach strategies.
• Build and maintain pipelines of passive candidates for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
• Serve as a partner to hiring managers and program leadership, providing insights on talent availability and compensation trends.
• Build strong working relationships across Operations to ensure a seamless hiring process.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience with consistent communication.
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics to improve performance.
