Quantum Leap is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to partner with the HR Director, delivering broad HR services including benefits management, employee relations, staffing, and HRIS data management at our Leesburg, VA office. The Senior HR Generalist will work with the Human Resource Director on wide-ranging tasks in the areas of benefits management, employee relations, talent acquisition, HRIS/data management and other generalist HR duties as required.

Responsibilities:

Deliver a broad range of HR services, possibly including compensation analysis, benefits, training, employee relations, staffing, etc. Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees and may be involved in the development of programs and/or policies.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Coordinate annual compensation reviews with HR Director and senior leadership. Assist hiring managers with determination of new hire salaries, considering market and internal equity.
• Oversees employee benefits administration, which may include open enrollment, new hire onboarding, selection and implementation of supplemental benefits.
• Plans and supports company-wide information meetings and communications, such as open enrollment, new hire orientation, and meetings to announce or discuss changes in retirement or benefits plans.

Data Management and Recordkeeping:

• Conducts or assists with record audits and mandatory reports, which may include I-9 audits, EEO-1 filings, VETS 4212 submissions, data audits, and other compliance reviews.
• Maintains employee records, ensuring completion and accuracy of details such as employee contact information, job classification, pay rates, organizational structure, and other key details.
• Manage HRIS module updates and configuration.

Talent Acquisition, in partnership with QL's recruiting team

• Participate in interviews for staff and management positions, especially employee referrals
• Maintains accurate records in UKG's Talent Acquisition module
• Review incoming resumes for suitability and provide resumes to hiring managers.
• Source candidates for technical, engineering, project management, and front office positions.

Qualifications:

• Advanced subject area expertise.
• Ability to lead planning and implementation of benefits programs, HR systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with enterprise HRIS system management.
• 8+ years’ Human Resources experience, including background in talent acquisition and benefits administration.
• Minimum 5+ years' experience in government contracting environment. Additional experience in management consulting/advisory services a plus.
• Must have experience in mid-sized, fast-growing organization and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
• Ability to appropriately apply best practices from a large organization a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary Range:

$145,000 - $155,000. Salary ranges reflect compensation for qualified candidates across a range of experience levels and are flexible; actual salary will be determined based on demonstrated skills, experience, and performance.
