Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience within executive search, staffing, or professional recruiting.
• Proven success recruiting software engineering and other technical talent.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting engagements for technical positions ranging from senior individual contributors through executive leadership.
• Recruit across software engineering, AI/ML, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, product, data, DevOps, and related disciplines.
• Partner with hiring managers, executives, and leadership to develop recruiting strategies and deliver talent.
