Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR experience including benefits administration.
• 5+ years in government contracting environment.
• Experience leading benefits programs and HR systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Proven ability to work in a mid-sized, fast-growing org.
• Ability to adapt to rapid change.
