Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical/senior roles.
• Experience sourcing for quantum computing, AI, ML, and related tech.
• Partner with leaders to provide strategic talent acquisition counsel.
• Proficient with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, GEM).

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to develop recruitment strategies for senior technical roles.
• Source and engage highly specialized, diverse candidates globally.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from role definition to offer.
• Provide data-driven insights on hiring trends and metrics.
• Promote employer branding and support DEI initiatives.
